If you need a time outside of business hours, including evenings or weekends, just shoot us an email and we will be happy to accommodate!

Mediations can be done in-person or remotely (via Zoom) for one or both parties.

Unless a different agreement exists, fees are most commonly split between the two mediating parties and are due at the conclusion of mediation. Any deposit collected will be credited toward the deposit payor’s amount due.

Cancellations with 24 hours notice receive a full refund.

If represented by an attorney, please consult with them and select a time that works for all involved, as your attorney will need to be in attendance.

If you prefer to book a time and have us reach out to the opposing party to coordinate their attendance, just let us know. Additionally, if other payment arrangements are needed, feel free to reach out directly.
